My 70 year old house which is stone and redwood and surrounded by trees was in desperate need of a deep clean. It hadn't had an exterior cleaning for 20+ years. In addition to my 3800 sf house, I have a utility shed and gazebo. I hired Victor to do a softwash on the house, gazebo, shed and roofs and powerwash the patios and walkways. Victor worked so hard and was here much longer than he anticipated BUT the results are amazing. I never expected it to look this good. Victor explained every aspect of the job as he performed each service. I plan to have him maintain the property for me annually. Victor and his team did an outstanding job doing a soft wash on my two story home vinyl siding and awning plus he also did a deep wash on my 1,200 sq feet driveway, patio, porch and sidewalks pavers. The pavers look very clean and newer than since I bought this property for the past 13 years. I definitely recommend Neat Wash and will put them on an annual cleaning schedule. The price was also much lower than my three other bids.
